Nine times out of 10, if English is noted as the language of instruction for your undergraduate you do not need to provide further evidence but each school has a different policy and that policy changes from one year to the next..
so I would recommend that you look on the website and if you cannot find it there contact Admissions.
And I would recommend you do that for each and every school you apply to.
