Has anyone else on the waitlist been contacted by the Adcom for a discussion? I have a discussion scheduled for next week, and have no idea what it would be about.

I have also been contacted on Friday to schedule a call and I am anxious to find out what it is. I doubt they will call to reject a candidate, so its either a call to discuss the process further or hopefully some good news. Posted from my mobile device

Yeah, I too doubt that it would be something negative - they generally prefer to do that over email! In the webinar, they had mentioned that they would reach out to people if they need clarification, so I am guessing it is that, but like you, I too am anxious to know what it is and am hoping that I am articulate enough in the moment.

Anyone had a call with waitlist manager? What was the call about? Mine was a generic call about why MBA why Kellogg and nothing was divulged in the call. I thought this would be a good sign but turned out to be a fairly normal call of about 15 mins.

Yup, similar experience. Very general questions about other schools deposit deadlines, why kellogg, and any other updates in professional life.

Oh, I wasn't even asked about other school deposit deadlines but I was told that till round 2 decisions there might not be any movement. Do you think it is a good sign that some people got a call? Or does everyone get a call?

I'd say if anything it is a good sign. I did not get a call, but I did share those updates: other deadlines, why Kellogg, etc. through a waitlist update - this might be their way of getting all our data points aligned to compare us to R2 candidates. Good Luck everyone!!

Had the same call this week. The one thing I learned is that while accepted people are considered for scholarship its very unlikely that a candidate from waitlist would get one.
