When I had previously (about 2 weeks ago) asked Kellogg about WL movement, they said for people in Canada and US, the WL can go on for a while (May/June), but then I did end up getting the call before then, so I suppose it is possible.
This is what I think (and this is just me speculating) - they will probably do another round of acceptances with R3 decisions and then some acceptances over the summer as people decide to enroll/not enroll.
