I'm definitely not giving up because of the HBS ding. To the extent I'm negative it's because it seems/feels like this process as a whole is going slower than I thought it would. October is finishing up and I don't know anything yet. Good or bad, I would love to have more news.

Here in the same boat with you, I sorta regretted not applying to those that sent out invites early (Booth, Yale, Duke ED)...and now really stuck with nothing but a ding
Wondering if I should start preparing R2 now...and I don't think my background will attract Wharton (non-finance/consulting, < median GMAT, low GPA), not sure why I even bother to apply to Wharton at the first place
