Innes, I think what Yale receives at the end is “personality type” kind of thing, and they are perhaps looking into diversifying the personality types even further. And also perhaps they are looking at different, “soft” skills: leaders who not necessarily are good at standard GPA/GMAT sort of thing, but still can be really good leaders.

hi, I just did my video essay today.
The first questions is why MBA and why now
The second one was about work, mine was about a major obstacle and how I resolved it
The third one was a agree/disagree type of question and I think the topic can be about anything so probably quite difficult to prepare in advance for this one

my questions : 1st - why MBA now; 2nd - what was the challenge you faced as a team and how did you resolve it; 3rd - to enable environment sustainability using technology, do we need to change people’s behaviors?

According to ClearAdmit Yale releases invitations in a rolling basis as late as the decision date.

It's kind of nerve wrecking.

i don’t think sooner or later matters to adcom. you have to decide based on your prep. if you have interviews to non-target schools soon, maybe you can finish those first so that you get some interview experience before your target schools interviews.
