Hi,
I am a re-applicant for MBA Fall-2017. I had submitted the official scores last year for fall 2016 admission. However, I reappeared for GMAT this year.
I wanted to check if I can submit the improved self-reported score in order to complete my application for this year

If you have an updated GMAT score (and one that I'd guess is higher or you probably wouldn't be asking about it), definitely send it to adcom!
