Usually schools are strict about their timeline but you can email your question to adcom.

Hi guys, will I be at disadvantage if I apply with fee waiver due to financial reasons as the adcom may think I’ll not be able to fund my MBA

Check with the Adcom. Usually the grace period is around a week.

I don’t think the adcom will discriminate based on this.
