I would just say that be honest with your answers. Think about why you chose to apply to Simon and why you are a good fit. How does it relate to your career goals? And lastly, know your resume inside out.

The decision deadline for R1 is 15th December. The F2F interviews for Indian students are scheduled in Mumbai on 8th December. I think the AdCom must have already made the decisions and the interview might just be a sanity check.
