I submitted my application on the 9th of October.
I got an interview invite on 18th October.
i scheduled my interview for the 10th of November.

That is not the issue, you can always access the decision timeline in UNC KF portal. It is after that date you can begin to worry.

Hello Nikhil, sure!
My interview was very unorthodox and completely personalized. I had prepared some UNC KF interview questions from the past years. However not a single one matched.

I will list down my questions:
1)Tell me about you
2)You have mentioned about your published book in your resume. Tell me about it.
3)You are an LGBT member as you have claimed, what have you done for this field?
4)Highlight something about your career as mentioned in resume.
5) What kind of a leader do you identify yourself as and if not a leader then what role will you go for?
6) Your essays mention you have fought off articulation issues, a stammer, and depression. How did you do it?
7) Give some examples of organizational skills that you have demonstrated.
8) Is there something that you have not mentioned in your resume and essays?
9) Is there anything that you want to ask me?


The entire interview lasted 25 minutes. It was completely from my essays and resume.

I spoke to Lica Assistant Director of Admission committee about interview invitation. She said invitations will be sent till Dec 11th. So all the applicants can wait for Interview Invitations til decision date I guess.
