Cannot purchase anything from mba.com

Question

Hey Everyone,

I've been trying to purchase the 3-6 exams + practice questions bundle for quite sometime now. Always gives me the error "The Payment failed. Your card will not be debited.
Please try again.".

Anyone else experiencing this?

Welcome to GMATClub.

Unfortunately, I've heard that a few cards don't work for payment to GMAC.
Things have changed quite a bit since the online mocks have been introduced.

My best bet would be to try talking to the customer care and see if you can do this process online.

Thanks. I don't think my cards are the problem-some are American and were just used recently to book the GMAT exam. Everything was fine.

Already got in touch with support-just thought of knowing whether I was the only one. Thanks again.

Hi azhrhasan,

In some cases, the reason that a purchase is not authorized can actually be traced back to the bank that issued that credit/debit card. If you have not already done so, then you might want to contact the Customer Support Line on your card and ask if the bank stopped the transaction. If that's the case, then you just have to let the bank know that you actually DO want to make that purchase and you will probably be fine to try again.

I ran into the same issue when I tried to book an exam. I think they were having issues with their website. I would try it again...I was able to complete my purchase this morning

Im not able to buy the exam packs from gmat. I used both credit and debit cards. Does anyone have any solution?
