A. greater than that associated with the Nobel Prize
B. of greater size than is the one given along with the Nobel Prize -
C. which is greater than the award given when the Nobel Prize is given-
D. beside which the award associated with the Nobel Prize is less-
E. greater than the Nobel Prize's award, also monetary

A. greater than that associated with the Nobel Prize - correct comparison , Here the monetary award of Templeton prize is compared with the monetary award associated with the Nobel Prize. The " THAT " correctly refers "Monetary award.
B. of greater size than is the one given along with the Nobel Prize - awkward . Monetary magnitude should not be denoted by " size".
C. which is greater than the award given when the Nobel Prize is given- repetition of " GIVEN " is awkward.
D. beside which the award associated with the Nobel Prize is less- Does not give the proper meaning. "Beside which" conveys a different meaning than " greater than ". " Beside which " makes no sense here.
E. greater than the Nobel Prize's award, also monetary - wrong comparison.

Hope these help.

5 different choices
So let's decipher the meaning

TP: Templeton Award
Templeton Award is one of the biggest award
Getting TP+ Money> Any Award related to Nobel prize

Option C and D is wrong as which refers the monetary --> Money>Award : Meaning ambiguity

Option B Award size > Award : Wrong

Option E TP+ Money> Nobel prize`s award

APOSTROPHE : A red flag distorts the meaning

Option A: TP+ Money > Any award related to Nobel prize

Pronoun it refers to TP and that refers Award

Option A
