I scored 690 (Q50, V32, IR 7, AWA: scores awaited). Please advise which colleges can i apply to with these scores. I understand that a lot goes into application (work experience, career goals etc). But a raw list of colleges considering just the GMAT score will help.

Considering just GMAT won't help. Other factors do matter.
Say, you have extraordinary profile and 10 years experienced. In that case, your GMAT is great.
So, profile does matter.

As mentioned above, what you are looking for doesn't exist unfortunately. A lot goes into the applications and while GMAT is very important, it is only one factor. I would need to know more about your background before recommending schools.
