   Chelsea Hann, Associate Director of Admissions 
Chelsea has been with the Cornell MBA Admissions Team for over 5 years. She works alongside her colleagues in Admissions to recruit & build the Two-year and One-year full time MBA programs in Ithaca, NY. Additionally, she hosts Johnson’s annual women’s hosting weekend, Johnson Women in Business (JWiB), alongside the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and Women’s Management Council. She also manages all communications on behalf of the Admissions Team. She is a dog mom to a 3 year old Golden Retriever, Brooks.

I want to know what is the ideal profile for a Tech MBA at Cornell University. In terms of prev.exps, skill sets, etc.

Can I target this program with ~3years of work ex in FinTech, decent Extra-Curriculars? What is the X-factor that Adcoms look for in this program??

Hi. They are not transferrable so you will get another one. It creates a mess of trades/etc/etc and also throws a lot of other people in who did not need tests/prizes. Anyway, it is yours
