No, you won't have access.
I'll quote the FAQ:

Can I review questions and explanations after my subscription has expired?
No. Your access to questions and explanations will be blocked after subscription expiration. You can still see statistics and general results but you will not be able to see question text or explanations after subscription expiration

That is a shame as I haven't checked my answers... when we get free access again on 1st January, do you think I'll have access to the tests I've done or will the question pool be reset?

That's a good question dimitrataslim -- I don't have an answer for that though.
My guess would be that the stuff does not reset and therefore the stats should be available under the same username. But that's just a guess.
The best person to ask about that would be bb or another owner / moderator
I'm sure bb will respond soon with an answer
