Hello,
I purchased the GMAT Exam pack 1. Order Number: 213883063. I was able to activate my pack and use one test. But when i returned the next day to use it again i was unable to access them. When i tried to reactivate the pack it keeps saying The license number has been used. I reinstalled the gmat software quite a number of times yet i am unable to access my pack. I have my gmat exam in a week and would like to use my remaining gmat mock test. Please let me know the procedure to access my gmat pack. I would like to get my money's worth for the pack I paid for. Please let me know if you need anymore info to get things moving. I emailed the gmat support and called them a million times. If I dont get access to the pack I will have to dispute the amount charged on my credit card because this is very bad service with no response.

With every purchase you get a 18 digit code that can activated on 3 devices . Have you used the code on other devices as well ? If so, then maybe you can uninstall on one of the other devices and then try again .

If you have installed on only one device and are still facing issue , then only GMAT service staff can help you .
