I am sorry to hear of your awful experience with the online exam, evefab, but since the exam has been flagged for review, all you can do is wait. Most reviews end up going in favor of the test-taker, from what I have read in the forum from previous posters who have faced the same issue. The irregularities almost certainly pertain to the break period, but there is no reason for someone to suspect, from what you have written, that you were cheating. The only trouble is that these reviews can take time, sometimes more than a month. If application deadlines are fast approaching, your only sure option may be to take the in-person exam.
I would not suggest contacting Examity or GMAC™ to expedite the review process. Your file will go somewhere into the queue, and that is it. It is not as though someone at customer service can push a button and generate a decision.
Good luck if you decide to take the test again. And if not, be as patient as you can while you await a decision.

Thank you
AndrewN for your wishes! I also hope that everything is going to be fine.
Actually I decided to take the online version because I am covid positive, and I live very far away from a test center. As I said I stayed the whole time on my chair also during the break, so I really hope that the'll do a quick investigation, moreover after the break I had to do IR and AWA, and they are not so important (I also left the AWA section incomplete because I do not need AWA for my school, and I did that to speed up the process and not wait them to mark my essay. I'm definetely not very lucky
