Hi juanpablocorreab,

First off, a 700/Q47 is an outstanding Score, so you can comfortably apply to any Schools that interest you. As such, a retest might not be necessary. Since you're interested in a highly-competitive School, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:

Wow. Congrats on your score and a very good verbal score (surprised at your Q47 and low AWA) AWA is easy if you follow Chinese Burnt AWA 6.0 guide. Though I am not so sure you really need to retake and subject yourself to the GMAT torture again, only if you think this will be a concern of yours and will nag you.

As to your chances at LBS, I think it is a good shot.

I had to switch from my mobile to the computer. Here is the analysis of last year's applicants (if you visit LBS Decision Tracker and look up the year 2021 as graduating year). You will find that among 70 admits, there was a number of folks who got under 700 on their list and with low Q scores:

You can go back to a year or two or three - the possibilities are limitless :-)

Although a higher GMAT score certainly would not hurt, 700 is a very solid score, so you should have a shot at LBS. If you are overly concerned, you could still apply first round, retake the GMAT, and submit another score after you’ve submitted your applications.

Also, as has been mentioned, reach out to one of the many admissions consultants here on GMAT Club to get another opinion. Good luck!
