Can't add a lot more than what's been said, but:

- Quite close to Paris vs Lausanne: I've lived in CH and Lausanne can be tough to swallow, unless you love skiing.
- HEC is a big brand in CH, and CH is quite good for international talent. If you're a fit, I'd say that you'll get a job in CH and they'll sponsor your visa, so making the transition from France shouldn't be that hard.

Leadership has answered thoroughly. From your tech ambitions, HEC seems like a no-brainer. The visa issues are important and it is crucial to use a cushion after graduating to get the job you want.

Definitely try to negotiate with HEC though. You never know till you ask!
