I request expert's reply on my approach.

While solving the question for 2nd Statement:
Given : n is even.
m can be either odd or even.

For all values of m = odd, n = even , i have arrived that given statement is sufficient to answer.
But
For all values of m = even, n = even.

say m=n=2, Given expression = [m^(n+1)+3]*[m^(n+2)+4]*[m^(n+3)+5] = 11*20*37 = not divisible by 12.

So, i thought the answer was A.

But the OA is D.
Let me know where i am faltering.
