Assign values: a = no. of oranges and b = no. of mangoes

Let's use up all that is available from the question stem and statement 1. For ease of calculation I will not keep all calculations in cents. So we can form following equation.
25a+15b=155 (no decimals to simplify the view)
Following two possibilities arise for combinations of a & b.
i) a=2 & b=7
ii) a=5 & b=2
Hence statement 1 is not sufficient.

Let's check for information in statement 2.
All that it reveals about a & b is that b<a
Hence statement 2 is not sufficient.

Now combining statements 1 & 2 we arrive at single possible combination of a & b (ii) above i.e. a=5 & b=2 which satisfies b<a condition.
