Increase by 100/9% per year = 100/9•1/100=1/9 (the increase)
Hence multiplier = (9/9+1/9)=10/9

Year Population
| 2013 | 10530

| 2014 | 10/9•10530 =11700

|2015 | 10/9•11700 = 13000

Difference in population 13000-11700 = 1300
