Guys, I would like to know if ISB still does the 100 word essay on one word before the interview. In the invitation mail, nothing of that sort is mentioned. People who already gave their interviews for the 2019 intake can help me with this. Thank you!

So generally when ISB starts rolling out invites for a particular location, the process is a one day affair or does it stretch across days?
Bangalore invites have been rolled out sooner than the 5-7 days that ISB mentions.
Thanks,

Hi! It's not a one-day affair. One may get an interview invite anytime about 5-7 days before the actual interview. We have had candidates who received an invite about 12 days before the interview and a few received just 3 days notice - but these are more of exceptions. Also, interview invites may be given to candidates later than the period scheduled for the candidate's preferred interview location. A few of our Delhi candidates for example, received a call for Hyderabad yesterday. Therefore, there is hope till the last interviews are done.
Feel free to send us your application pdf for a Chance Analysis.

So I got an official mail that my application is complete for R2 on 30 December(my GMAT score took a while to reach ISB). I had applied for Delhi interview. Clearly I did not get an invite. Should I be hopeful for campus interview, as someone told me that if your application is late (slots in delhi usually get full), so they invite you on campus. Are Mohali invites out?
ISB interviews are mostly on the application you submitted. Know your application thoroughly and be ready to explain/defend your examples. Beyond that know your career goals, why MBA, why ISB? and behvioural stories on leadership, failure, conflict management, team handling etc.
I had applied for ISB round 2 and had chosen Bangalore as Interview location. I still didnt get any invites for interview yet. Whether ISB will send interview invite upto last minute? I didnt get any rejection mail yet.
Hey! Rejection mails are sent much later..sometime when the admit results are out.
