Hi goalgmat2019, looking at your userid, it seems that you've been thinking about GMAT for quite sometime now.
However, there has to be a closure. If you get a score significantly below the average (710), I would think that there is no point in applying this year.

At ISB, each applicant to the PGP is holistically evaluated on the important parameters such as Academic and leadership credentials and Personal attributes:
1. Academic credentials - While your past academic shows your ability to cope with the rigour of the program, your GMAT/GRE score will add to determining how well you can cope.
2. Leadership Potential - The initiatives you have taken, the responsibilities you have handled and the career progression achieved to date look good.
3. Personal attributes - The versatile and well-rounded attribute presented gives insight into your personal attribute.

Hi goalgmat2019 , indeed a well rounded profile that could compete for Global top B Schools' MBA program admit. Here's hoping you are able to complement your strong work experience with a decent GMAT score.
I believe these points if addressed in your applications will help you delve deeper into your personality and make a strong case for yourself at top Global B schools (INSEAD, LBS, M7 USA and others)
1. Communicating your vision through your actions
What is the bigger problem that you are trying to solve for your community, society, country or for yourself ? What are you most passionate about?
How do the roles/actions taken by you professionally or outside of work justify your objective thinking in terms of achieving your vision? Are you able to connect your goals with actions taken so far ?
2. International motivation and ability to contribute
What would global education or an international MBA bring to you in terms of experience and knowledge? Do you believe you would have the same learning in your country as you would at an international MBA program where doctors, scientists, entrepreneurs, army veterans and several other professionals brainstorm on issues together- each coming with a different perspective shaped by his/her culture, formative experiences and socio-political environment. How are you able to add value to an international cohort? (your stint with political projects can be very intriguing for the admissions committee )
3. Leadership Potential
How have you demonstrated leadership potential throughout your career. You may not have been managing a team directly, but what's more impressive would be to know is how you influence teams, senior management, diverse group of stakeholders through your management skills. Talk candidly about how you helped resolve conflicts, motivated teams to expedite projects, convinced people in power to consider your inputs in taking decisions and generated profits or value for your company through your stellar performance.
4.Academics
Given your strong academic record at school and college, you should demonstrate a similar academic consistency in your GMAT (a 700 + score would be safe). Also use opportunities to show the same via stories in your essays if possible.
