Yep quant is good but I am having roller coaster ride in verbal. Many of the question with 15-20% accuracy rate have been classified as easy or medium difficulty. They need to update it. Quality wise I feel ok

May be sometimes. But once you feel comfortable solving verbal, I don’t think score should vary significantly high or low. It becomes kind of stagnant.

There are always some rhetorical or idiom questions that might get wrong, but accuracy on standard type questions should not make a surprise move I guess ( unless you are disturbed at the time of test )

Fix difficulty level is a quit tuff thing. it depends on members choices - how many members pick the correct answer. also there are possibilities that some members pick the right choice after read the question thread. Moreover, all questions are not good. you can ignore some

Building up Logical thinking skills is a matter of efficiency in carving out our thinking process to help us think as broad or as narrow as the question demands. How good one really gets in logical thinking is a subjective topic. Nonetheless, it does help one to stay organized in the mind when faced with difficult questions - be it verbal or quant

So there are basically no tests on which I can say that I am at least 90% prepared. OG mocks used to be reliable but now I think GMAT has significantly raised difficulty level as 700 scorers increased a lot ( read from an article).
