Sure, thank you Bhanusrich..

Also last question, along with the OG questions, which other source or materials are handy or helpful to solve more questions?

Ninja & E-Gmat questions are sufficient along with the OF questions?

Can someone please help me with rules for "complete the passage" type CR. I’m somehow always getting it wrong even though the question stem asks to complete the passage MOST LOGICALLY. I’ve read somewhere it said the correct answer choice should be within the scope of passage, yet I’ve seen some answers which are indeed out of scope of the passage.

You’ll need to understand the passage and the core argument. I don’t think there’s specific rule to deal with such questions. It may largely depend on what the passage is about. Can you share an example question (preferably official material) where you were struggling?

Career counselor: Many large international companies have changed their practices regarding international assignments. They are placing much more emphasis on helping spouses of expatriate employees to adjust to the foreign environment. This has reduced premature returns by 67 percent.

Which one of the following is an assumption upon which the career counselor’s argument depends?

(A) Spousal and marital difficulties were formerly responsible for many premature returns from foreign assignments.

(B) When an employee is placed in a foreign assignment for a year or less, his or her family sees the assignment as an adventure.

(C) Expatriate employees work long hours and travel a great deal, and their children make new friends at school, but spouses often have no friends and no work to support them while they’re abroad.

(D) The majority of international assignments today last for less than a year, but ten years ago, 70 percent of them lasted much longer than one year.

(E) Many companies now offer expatriate spouses language training, career guidance, and assistance in finding homes and schools.

Architecture firms compete by presenting plans and models in order to obtain contracts for projects. The firm chosen by the initiator of a project earns a great deal financially and also receives much recognition. Forming an impressive presentation that includes the necessary plans and models is extremely costly and time-consuming, and for this reason the XL architecture firm is considering a reduction in their presentation activity. Presentations are an inherent part of cultivating growth in the world of architecture, and firms that minimize costs by refraining to invest in them will miss important business opportunities.

In the argument, the two portions in boldface play which of the following roles?

A. The first cites a factor that can affect an architecture firm's decision to form a presentation; the second describes the outcome for a firm that decided not to form presentations.

B. The first is a professional opinion; the second is a conclusion that disagrees with this opinion.

C. The first presents a reason supporting a reduction in presentation-forming activity; the second presents the cause, and possible effect, of avoiding this reduction.

D. The first is factual information about the forming of architecture presentations; the second questions the accuracy of the first.

E. The first is information that supports the XL firm's consideration; the second is an explanation that weighs against this consideration.
