Hey. I didn't face this issue, but UNC application has a reminder button for recommendation.
Can you try clicking on it. Ideally the recommender should receive the same communication that they received the first time.

I tried this option. No luck.
so i've had this issue with a lot of schools. it's definitely the server at your work. some servers block it thinking it's spam or hit a firewall. There were 2 ways to solve this:
1. cancel the LOR request and resend (worked some of the times)
2. contact the tech department of the school and override the firewall
my writer is in the military so the firewall blocks some emails. I've heard deloitte servers block as well. Some schools recommend that you send to your recommender's personal email if this is an issue. but some schools say that personal emails will be scrutinized. so pay attention to what the directions explicitly says
