Hey koustav,
I am a Canadian citizen, and I received an undergrad business degree here and have done some research on the options here so I will share my two cents.
Basically, as long as you complete a two year MBA here, I think you automatically qualify for a 3 year work permit in Canada. The job market is quite tough at the moment, and many well-educated people find themselves having to accept jobs that are below what they expected before receiving all the education. Of course, there are still plenty of opportunities, and I think Canada is doing better than most part of Europe, just that when comparing Canada to the US, the job market seems a bit small.
I highly recommend McGill's MBA, it is a highly respected school (ranked 24th internationally), and the program is small so you get good coaching from your career coach. Going to a larger program does not offer you that, and doing a one year program does not get you the work visa that easily.
