Hi,

If you are going to continue in your role and think to advance in your company, then Exc. MBA will be the right choice. Btw, you skip GMAT and think about Executive assessment, if your school accept it. Read below link:

If you are going to travel and start in new country, then it is full time MBA.

I agree with the post about skipping the GMAT, taking the EA test, and applying for your EMBA -- IF you can get in to a top school.
