Practice, practice, practice. Practice one subject at a time and then do practice tests every few days.
You can't memorize all the answers and all the formulas. Focus on your approach and the methodology. To be honest I did less practice between the 3rd and 4th attempts and went up 50 points.
And relax on test day and in between sections and questions. You can't go back, only forward.
