Hi mynamegoeson,
Many Test Takers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores. Since you've beens studying for just 1 month - and it sounds like you plan to take the GMAT after 2 months of study - then you might be limiting your potential score improvement. This is meant to say that you might want to consider a longer study timeframe.
From your post, I'm hoping that you can clarify a few details. Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) Have you used any other study materials besides the ones that you listed?
2) How have you scored on each of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for each)?
3) Did you take the FULL CAT each time (with the Essay and IR sections)?
Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to take the GMAT (do you have an Official Test scheduled?)?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
7) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
