Hello all

Hello all

For this problem, if I assume apples to be x and oranges to be 10-x, and write an equation for average as 40x + 60(10-x)/10 = 56

I get x as 2, which means 2 apples

And wrong answer completely at the end

I got it thanks. I divided by 10 again for 52 cents for average. I should have divided by 2+ (8-x)

Can you please help me with this, I used 8C2, combinations formula and got 28, but I thought it would have reverse order as well, for example if A team played against B team. Then it would include B againt A again. So I thought of dividing 28/2 but it seems 28 is the right answer

Is using combinations the right approach for this? Please explain

Hey, I am planning to give my gmat this Aug, I need to start from the scratch and I am not working anywhere currently can you tell me from where to start not planning to purchase any materials until it is necessary.
Hi, please take a mock test and evaluate your current level. Identify the mistakes/ concept gaps/ time management issues and improve them accordingly. Identify the target score necessary for the B schools which you are planning to apply. Note that if you are a full time working professional, then 1 month might not be sufficient for preparation. Good luck
