Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. If there's any chance of improving your GMAT that will improve the strength of your candidacy for sure, especially since that will help you outweigh that low GPA. It would be ideal to land a 730+.
That said, your main challenge is going to be differentiating yourself -- there are lots of other candidates coming from consulting, only with higher GPAs, GMATs & from MBBs. In addition to that, consulting is a very common post-MBA goal as well. None of this is to say you can't have a strong application, but it will be critical to prove to the adcom they they should admit YOU. The good news is that you're coming from Spain so that adds some diversity to the class, and based on what you shared about your early promotion it sounds like you must have some strong accomplishments to speak to at work. It will be important to show the quantifiable impact you've driven (e.g. helping clients increase revenue, decrease costs, etc) and will also be key to show evidence of your leadership abilities. Finally, you'll need a strong story for your post-MBA goals. Why consulting? What unique impact do you plan to have there & why is that your passion? The adcom doesn't just want applicants who are going to get a job. They want applicants who are going to go on to have big impact on their industries. So the trick will be painting a compelling picture of the impact YOU plan to have.
Assuming you are successful at that work to differentiate yourself -- and assuming your GMAT remains at 700 -- these schools will all be in the reach category. With a 730 you'd have much more of a shot. If your score remains at 700 that's not to say you shouldn't apply to these schools. I'd just round out your list to include some schools in the 15-20 range unless you feel certain that if you don't get into these schools this year you'd just reapply next year. Most schools want applicants with 3-5 years of experience upon matriculation so worst case if you do need to reapply you will still be in range -- and that would also give you time to get some more accomplishments under your belt & improve your GMAT score.
