Hi All,
Please help me evaluate my profile for Insead.
Any help is appreciated!
Age: 23 yr
GMAT Score: 710
Country of Origin: India
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University (7.56 CGPA)
12th (CBSE Board - India): Commerce with Maths (90%)
10th - 8.8 CGPA
Work Experience:
Assurance Senior at EY with experience of more than 2.5 years.
Work role includes leading a team of associates, performing multiple financial analyses and handling end to end processes.
Extra-Curricular:
● Organising Member, WIBE (EY), Responsible for organising and handling in-house team engagement activities and out-house team building activities.
Photography:
● Head of Photography (DU Beat - India's Largest Student-run media organisation) - Led a team of 30 people and managed all the operations throughout.
● Participated in and won multiple photography competition
● Completed 20+ projects in Fashion and Event Photography.
● Coordinator, Kitaab Club (Social welfare)- led a team of 10 members to handle operations and raise funds for teaching campaigns for needy students.
Please help me evaluate my profile for Insead.

First, I would like to say you do have a decent GMAT score, and your GPA is somewhat ok. However, you are still very young to apply, so first, I would like to understand your aspirations and motivation regarding your MBA. Coming to your work experience, you did well mentioning your job role. However, it's also important to add stellar leadership examples, elaborate on responsibilities, working environment, and critical projects, and add any professional/personal accolades.
Regarding your ECAs, I find your ECAs are your biggest strength, they are quite relevant, and you did well elaborating on your contribution, leadership roles played, and the impact generated. Additionally, I would also suggest adding any hobbies, certifications, and additional certified courses to gain additional points on your profile.
All in all, you do have a decent profile. However, you are still young; hence you need to convince the adcom why you think it's a good time for you to pursue your MBA. moreover, I would suggest adding a relevant post-MBA goal and linking your work experience, ECAs, and post-MBA goals by connecting dots between them in your school essays to mesmerize the adcom! As of now, I would require more information about your target schools, promotion, certifications, and post-MBA goals, as I feel your profile is still brief at these points.
