Hi there!
You've got great academic stats. And your post MBA definitely make sense and will fit with why you need an MBA. There are an increasing number of b-school applicants from engineering backgrounds, and from oil & gas specifically, so make sure you're showing other aspects of your personality and perspective that you'll contribute to the class (through the essays primarily). I don't see any major concerns in your profile....possibly a little light on leadership (both on and off the job) but it's hard to say without knowing more about your work and accomplishments.
You do have a pretty ambitious school list, especially HBS and Stanford. Duke, MIT, and Kellogg seem like great fits with your operations consulting goal. I would prioritize those three. I think the fact that you went to UT undergrad will help your chances at McCombs, they definitely like to see people with a connection to the city and an interest in staying there post-MBA.
Best of luck!
