Hi everyone!
To give you a background, I have given the GMAT a couple of times - 2014 (700 Q46/V40 - more of a timing issue with 5 unanswered quant questions) and 2016 (710 Q48/V40). I got dinged at several schools last year, all in the top-15. Though, I know there are several factors, but an Indian/Male with 710 isn't top of the pile either.
Now, with the order-selection option, I feel I can have a good go again and get into a similar-ranked school.
I started with the
OG last night but I feel it is the exact same prep as last two attempts - where I went through only the 800
OG questions before taking the GMAT. While on a recent GMATPrep CAT (without IR, AWA), I score 760 (Q48,V45), I really want to take my quant to 50/51 level. I went through the courses on GMATClub marketplace and all the good ones seem very expensive (applying to several schools and hiring a consultant last year burnt a large hole in my finances).
Can any of you recommend a self-made study plan or a more affordable online study course for quant? I am VERY comfortable with word problems / number crunching but get bogged down with D.S., P&C and questions with pure math (variable equations, coordinate geometry).
Help would be appreciated - going to give this exam around Mid-July since verbal is more or less taken care of. Thank you!
