I approached Admit Square based on a friend's feedback who had made it to Michigan Ross the previous year. My first interaction with the team was extremely transparent and insightful, which made me sure that I wanted to work with them. I was helped right through school shortlisting to profile strategy sessions and then developing the essays in detail. The promise of unlimited sessions helped me work on the application thoroughly. I got to work directly with a Yale alum, who was brilliant in his mentorship. The team has good understanding of what specific schools look for in a candidate and have a lot of experience to guide on what works and what doesn't. I took the 3-school package and finally made it to my top most option, i.e. Michigan Ross. Despite a low GMAT, I made it to the program with scholarship, all thanks to the constant support of the team!

Does someone know of people who took help from these consultants this year and converted M7 colleges? If yes, please tag them or ask them to give a review or DM me their contact information. It's really critical for me to hear them before I work with any of them.

Introduction:
I got introduced to ISBMantra/Admit square through the online Youtube session hosted by Prashant and Sanjay about ISB essay and Interview preparation. Thereafter I contacted their offices and through the exchanges with Sanjay I found him and his team to be extremely amicable, always valuing the short time I had to prepare for my application and always ready to provide honest feedback irrespective if you chose their services or not.

They helped me gain an outsiders understanding regarding my profile, my achievements, my goals. Most importantly they had experienced mentors from US, Europe and India which covered the ranged of colleges I wanted to apply in. Lastly, they were great mentors who not only looked at you as one of their clients but as someone who is their responsibility - hence they offered advice which they believed to be true to the best of their knowledge.

I therefore decided to go with them for my essay preparation in the month of August 2020 to apply to 4-5 schools both in India and in abroad.

School Selection:
Throughout the school selection process Prashant was my guide and my mentor. He listened to my future goals, my career focus and my personal goals to provide thoughtful feedback throughout on my MBA school selection. I had not researched much as I had but only 3-4 months to submit my applications, therefore his guidance on my future roles and types of countries where it would be actually converted were deeply appreciated by me. He was there at any time of the day to answer any type of query an applicant like myself had. At the end, unlike quite a few prep guides he did not dwell on his feedback for you and allowed the applicant to make decisions on their own.

I aced an admit to all the B schools that Prashant and me selected for 2021 admission in US, Canada and India which speaks volumes about his school selection process.

Essay Preparation:
I began my essay and CV preparation with AdmitSquare Consultant who was himself from one of the Top 20 MBA schools in the world. I owe my deepest gratitude to him as he was the one who groomed me from day 1 into a great MBA applicant - he reviewed each essay 10-20 times and provided detailed feedback on why it wasn't convincing. He has himself worked with many Adcoms and hence he focused on elements on my essays which made impact and helped me identify my greatest achievements. Although working in the US he was always available to take my calls & provide guidance. Most importantly his constant mentoring actually helped me realize what my honest future goals and what I truly want to do after my MBA.

He not only treated you as a client/applicant but actually like a coachee for whom he cared and felt responsible. I remember before each of my interviews, he just called me up to wish all the best and ensure that I have a chat with him and not feel nervous. The personal touch is what made the maximum difference and set's AdmitSquare/ISBMantra apart from other such prep schools.

I would definitely suggest choosing him as your mentor to apply to your dream MBA college.

Interview Preparation:
I was already taking their help for Essay preparation therefore, it was obvious that when I turned to them for advice over ISB interview preparation they helped me out with the best possible team. I had two sessions of mock interview and a counselling session by Former ISB Adcom and ISB alum. All three sessions were key as in the first session I learnt more about my shortcomings, areas I need to focus since I had a detailed, grueling mock session where the interviewer asked 10-20 questions based on my profile some of which got picked up in the actual ISB interview. Post that the former ISB adcom and alum's counselling session helped me prepare for those questions which I found most difficult to answer earlier. He also taught me how to keep all my answers short and crisp, whilst holding the interviewers attention. Lastly the final interview with another interviewer again had new sets of questions which helped me prepare on the spot for different types of questions. Aside from this AdmitSquare/ISBMantra team provided a set of questionnaire and possible answers for the interview, the placement guide for previous years, details about ISB clubs/activities etc. which helped tremendously to ensure that almost every topic interviewer would ask has been prepared for by the applicant.

Overall, the Interview Prep is a brilliant service provided by AdmitSquare/ISBMantra and one I can confidently recommend others to take to be prepared for one the most important interviews of one's career.

Overall Feedback for AdmitSquare/ISBMantra:
I had the pleasure to work with them and receive their guidance which helped me secure an admit to all the colleges I applied in US, Canada as well as ISB. Most importantly, after securing my dream admit i.e. ISB I requested the founder if I could withdraw my application to the other 2 schools for which I had taken their help intially. As AdmitSquare/ISBMantra, value the relationship and since they are as transparent as any company can be - they refunded the fees for the 2 other colleges to me as soon as I asked.

This shows that they are focused on building trust based relations with their applicants and helping the applicant achieve their MBA dream unlike others who might be interested in only obtaining the fees for the services provided.

Thank you AdmitSquare/ISBMantra team for the wonderful guidance which helped me get an admit from my dream school - ISB.
