Ok, I got my answer from the Ross admissions blog

"
“So if I didn’t get an interview invite I should abandon all hope and crawl into my closet.”

No. If you didn’t get an invitation to interview in Round 2, it means that we need to do additional reviews to determine whether to invite you to interview in Round 3. Bottom line is that if you're not invited to interview in Round 2, you'll either be waitlisted or not admitted. Be sure to login to your account March 14 for this decision."

I wont crawl into my closet then, for now atleast. :D

I'm doing an on-campus interview on Monday (2/10). I thought I would post here to see if anyone else is interviewing that day and possibly needs a ride from/to the airport on Sunday/Tuesday.

Good luck everyone!

No one should e worried about the team experience. I did it on February 7th and it was a blast. Just have fun and be yourself. If you have a good group, you won't even take it seriously, you will use it almost as a continuation of the ice breaker and just enjoy the moment.

It was REALLY fun.

Question: So I have an interview coming up this weekend at a Coffee Shop w a relatively young alumni. The conversation on the scheduling system has been fairly informal. My question is do I wear Business Casual since it is on the weekend or do I go full suit. I didnt get any direction from my interviewer...but I am leaning more toward the Business Casual route...thoughts? Thanks.

I just had a similar experience with my interview (casual coffee spot). I didn't get any direction from my interviewer re: clothes, so I went with a full suit. I also happened to see the candidate who interviewed right after me, and he was wearing a full suit and tie. We did look odd in that coffee shop and I was definitely dressed up way more than my interviewer, but I was glad I did. Other candidates will be wearing the full get up, so might as well show your "seriousness."

Not sure whether ppl already posted for group exercise so I just quickly put something here.

I did it together with my on-campus interview. The whole experience was really great and exciting.. The 1-to-1 interview was quite conversational, but I heard some interviewers were more formal. The group exercise includes 2 parts, 1st part to tell a story for 1 min, 2nd part to present a "project" for 5 mins together with all team members. there were 6 ppl in my team. In both parts we presented to the two observers who were MBA2 student. It was really really fun... There is really nothing to prepare as all has to be spontaneous. I noticed the two observers were taking some notes during the whole session so I guess they needed to comments on each individual's behavior.
The team exercise was done in a pizza restaurant. So after that we were served with pizza and there were still MBA2 to come to talk to us. But I felt sorry for them as after the whole morning all of us were too tired and there were lot of awkward silent moments.
Overall I really enjoyed the days in Ross. It was a great experience and I actually learned a lot. As the applicants were exposed to the fellow applicants and students all the time, you will definitely make friends and learn something new.
