A. 20
B. 24

Let side of each square = x
Area of each square = \(x^2\)
Therefore,
\(5x^2=20\)
\(=> x^2 = 4\)
\(=>x = 2\)
Therefore Perimeter of the figure = 3*2 + 3*2 + 3*2 + 3*2 =24 (B)
