Hi,
I am ISB Alum from the CO14 and after going through your profile can find a lot of resemblance to some of my classmates who had a similar background.
While your GMAT scores, academics and experiences are all at the positive end of the spectrum, a lot will matter as to how you portray your profile in front of the admissions committee through the application essays. You will need to clearly state as to what motivates you to work in the manufacturing sector and where do you see yourself contributing at the end of the ISB program - in what role and in which industry. This explanation would be a proxy to call out what you expect from the program.
You have all the elements of making a captivating story to read for the admissions committee, it just depends on how you put it across.

Hi Raman
At 690, your GMAT is fine for ISB, given your work experience, as Analytics profiles are valued, and there is some differentiation for you right there. You should be particular about your industry focus though - is it Healthcare or is it Analytics in general? Answering this will be important.
On the other programs - 690 may not be good enough for the NUS MBA, though it may work for Nanyang and the NUS MSBA. If you feel you can retake and improve (for the other programs, not ISB), do so.

Hi Raman, with consistent academic record, great under-grad college, and some big companies to boast of, you have decent chances overall. Analytics is the sunrise industry and you are well positioned to make a career in in.
Make sure that your SoP is articulated well and underlines both, your achievements and your aspirations.
Indeed, I would suggest you to re-take GMAT. You have nothing to loose and have your task cut out: Verbal!
