Are we going to receive phone calls? Not emails? What about non-US candidates?
The norm at most of the top schools (including Yale SOM) is to call accepted candidates and send emails to waitlisted and denied applicants.
The calls are made by the admissions committee members on the specified decision date for each round, and are generally made keeping global time zones in mind (starting out from East to West). Irrespective of whether you accept the call or are unable to do so, your portal will be updated to reflect your final decision by evening on the same day.
All the best to everyone here! Let's hope we all get that life changing call from New Haven on the 6th.
