Hi everyone,

I interviewed with admission team last Wednesdy (Oct 9). He told me he would notify me on Oct 15, which is yesterday, because they have admission committee meeting every Tuesday, but I haven't heard anything at all :(

I am just wondering for people interviewed from Oct 9 to Oct 15, have you guys heard anything back after interview?

I would assume that if they meet on Tuesdays they probably get back to applicants on Wednesday or Thursday?

Hi everyone,

Hi everyone!

I am very glad to get accepted! But have an issue. the deposit deadline is on November, 30th. I thought it was a default among business schools to set the deposit deadlines after the standard decision deadlines of each round. So it should be at least in the end of December.

I want Rotman, but I don’t have a first option yet. I need to see the results from my other applications before deciding. Has anyone got any clue on how to proceed? Is it possible to ask for a one month extension on this deadline?

Hey Satsinha23,

From what I was told during my interview, Rotman's admissions process is a little unique. One person takes care of your application from beginning to end, and each of the adcom members have different regions they take care of and pick candidates from. So if you're worried about how long it's taking, think of that one person who's sifting through all the applications from your region (which is what I assume is happening) :P
And because it is rolling, everyone's application is at a different point in the process.
Either way, I'd say don't be too worried :thumbup:

I submitted my application mid night Sept 30 as well. I received my invitation to interview on Oct 2, interviewed on Oct 9 and received offer on Oct 17. I accepted offer already.

My background: Canadian PR Undergraduate: Western Honors Accounting - 3.9 highest average in faculty, received various awards

GMAT; 690

Working experience: national accounting firms doing audit, senior accountant, received a double promotion

Extracurricular: volunteer on a board

Designation: CPA, CFA Level 2, FRM Level 1
