There are resources in my post that you can refer to. Basically, I'd say that it is time to prioritize. You already have an admit and you have to decide.

Another waitlisted candidate here.. I applied in R2 and got the news late Jan.. My GRE score is 321 which I think is the reason I'm on the waitlist but very difficult to re-take the test given how tough work has been.. What are your waitlist strategies?

I am a Round 2 applicant for Stern's Full-time MBA program. I was waitlisted on 9th Jan'20 and got invited to interview just yesterday.

Stats
Nationality - Indian
GMAT - 740 (Q51 V38)
TOEFL - 110 (R29 W28 S26 L27)
Work exp - 47 months (till joining)
Current Industry - Investment Banking
Intended Industry - Investment Management

did you submit any additional materials? I was waitlisted from R1, and it says my app will be reviewed in the Spring =(

No, I haven't submitted any additional material. But you should, if you have any improvements on your application (e.g. international exposure, job/role change, additional reco..) 
Also, even my waitlist email said that the waitlist review will start in Spring and continue till August, with consideration for visa processing time for international applicants. They just started earlier, I guess.

I have been waitlisted in Round 1 and yet to hear back from the school. In May 1st week, I have uploaded a waitlist essay and resume with my updated work achievements in the portal. Do I also have to mail them regarding the same?

I think they are still accepting from the the waitlist. I am on waitlist from R1 and I got a call from admin office a few days ago to check if I am still interested.
