If you are unable to take the GMAT/GRE prior to submitting your application, please use the Additional Information essay in the application to explain your situation and provide an anticipated date for completing the exam. To receive a decision in Round 2, you will need to submit a valid score by February 15, 2021.

I am confused because as I can see from the previous years' discussions, Option B did no require a co-signer.
