What I don't get about this email is, some people will receive the final acceptance letter by the end of October without an interview, right? Why would they add a sentence below it saying all people will be interviewed before joining the program. Could anyone elaborate, please?

I assume the “final decision” in the mail meant rejection. Else person will be invited to interview. Again, this is my understanding. Happy to be corrected Posted from my mobile device

Nope, not yet. Waiting to see if they will follow the same schedule as last year and release the interview invitations in 2 batches, today and next Wednesday.
