Do I get to know if my application is being considered for interviews? I mean if I my application did not make the cut for interviews, I’ll get to know that directly in December?

Yes, that’s right..it also means that you’re in the running till the very end. Several candidates get invites up to 2 weeks before the next round / results deadline.
So hang in there and keep practicing :)

Queen789, I received an email and I submitted on the 12th, I do not think that the verification is as per the date of submission, Everyone's application will get verified as it is a service that they offer as a must for the fee you paid for submitting the application, so there is no need to worry about the verification email
