Yes. I got admitted with a GMAT waiver. So do not worry about that. But it all depends on your profile then. As a follow-up answer, YES they consider for scholarship as well if you apply with a waiver.

Yeah, well. I had a profile evaluation from students of Ross and the ad com sessions as well, who gave me a good boost on applying based on my profile and interests as well. But then, we never know. Considering the Application fee was high as well , it hurts.
