Any idea when I can start my application in the portal? I logged in, but can't select FTMBA (No Terms Available)
Also how can I submit a test waiver? is it part of the application pack (like Johnson)? or I have to submit it in a separate link?

Same here, the portal is not allowing access to the application yet. However, the essay prompts are out and you can work on those until the applications go live.
Regarding waivers, check the 'Demonstrate Your Academic Readiness' section on the application requirements page on the website.

Free GMAT Club Tests on Sat & Sun Jul 16-17 for GMAT World Cup Team-members --
Sat and Sun will be Free GMAT Club Test Access days for the members of the GMAT Club World Cup teams. If you are a part of the competition, you will be able to take unlimited tests, practice sets, and questions on Sat and Sunday, July 16-17, 2022. You must be signed up on any of the teams by Friday. Access will be open starting Saturday morning at 0:01 AM PST / 12:31 PM IST.
