I’m not sure why you wouldn’t. There’s only upside to submitting a higher score. It seems like the only downside would be the cost to send the score.

Is there anyone here whose overall score on the English standardized test meets the requirement, but each individual section falls short? Should I accept to move forward or retake the exam?

R3 is a challenging around to apply for anyone and especially for international applicants… chances of very slim, there are very few scholarships, and the timeline is tight to apply for a visa. The number of students recruited in round three is also quite small. There are no exact numbers reported but it may be as little as 10% and perhaps as much as 20%… slim pickings
