Our files have to go through two readers before we get an interview invite. Considering the deadline was only a week back, I would say it might take some time before people start hearing interview invites, IMO. You can always go interview with them or send them a mail asking whether any adcom members are travelling in your area(so that you can give the interview).

I did have a chat with the admission team and even met them in India / Singapore but they strictly do not entertain off-campus interview requests other than through skype which is set up by Tuck.
That means, will have to keep waiting with fingers crossed

Yes, the waiting game. What a pain. However, Tuck keeps updating the prospective students through out. I even received a thank you mail for submitting the scholarship docs
