Anyone know if any Anderson students ever buy a condo for school? I don't know anything about the housing market there, but in my current city, I bought a place two years ago and it is now worth significantly more than I paid, so I'm considering looking into it in L.A. Obviously, everything is insanely expensive there, so it'd likely have to be a studio, not a house. I'd like to buy in the Culver City, Santa Monica, Venice area. Close to campus but more interesting basically.
